  • The condition can also occur due to death of testicle tissues. This condition of tissues is known as gangrene. This condition also causes pain in the testicles.
  • The swelling of scrotum can lead to testicular pain. This kind of condition is called hydrocele.
  • Inflammation of the testicles also cause pain. The inflammation of the testicles occurs because of a sexually transmitted infection, Epididymitis.
  • The testicles are not aligned in a perfect manner, naturally. One of the testicles is a little lower than the other one. If the testicle is not descended, it will cause pain.
  • Orchitis is a condition in which one of your testicles gets inflamed. This condition also leads to pain in the testicles.
  • Varicocele is a condition in which the veins of the testicles get swollen. This prevents the good flow of blood in the testicles and causes pain.
  • Kidney Stones are also a reason of pain in the testicles.

Testicular Torsion

This is a serious condition. This is a sexually transmitted infection. It has very severe consequences.

In this condition the balls become twisted. They cease the blood flow in the testicles. Hence, blocking the blood supply completely.

This can be a very painful condition. So, it is best to see a doctor in time. And avoid any reasons making you go to a doctor and ask “why do my balls hurt?”.
